Silicon Valley Disc Golf Club

The Friends of Disc Golf @ Hellyer and LaRaza Parks and the Silicon Valley Disc Golf Club will be holding a Course Workday on Saturday March 29th. We will be cleaning up the Tee pads, picking up trash and wood debris, mowing, weed whacking, and watering the trees and shrubs.

We need YOUR help to keep Hellyer & LaRaza Disc Golf Courses a great place to play! Please show your support by joining in to help maintain the courses.

Saturday March 29th
9:00am – 11:30pm @ Hellyer
11:30pm – 2:00pm @ LaRaza

Bring your Wheelbarrows, Shovels, Gloves, lawnmowers, weed whackers and a friend.

Lunch will be provided.

Please note that the Hellyer Course will be CLOSED during the Course Workday.

Winter play continues this month with a spectacular Hellyer tournament! This month’s tourney will include a couple of safari pins on the lake side. Come on out this Saturday, 3/8/08!

Info: Meet at Hellyer, registration is 8:15 to 8:40am
Start time for the morning round is 9:00am.
Lunch break: 30 to 45 minutes
Start time for the afternoon round is 1pm (players mtg around 12:50)

Cost: Open $15, AMs $10
Ace pot is $40.
